Job Description

1. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- College or University graduate who has experiences as a lighting director on stage, in charge of lighting and light effects on stages, studio, etc.
- Experience in media, TV, particularly on stage and studio, etc.
- Candidate with good aesthetic taste and creative thinking is a plus.
- Being capable of working under high pressure, either independently or as a team member.
- Owning leadership ability in assigning tasks to the team members to obtain the target.
- Being earnest, detail-oriented and having good problem-solving skills.
- Being knowledgeable and guaranteeing the safety of light effects to bring the best results during the recording and filming of the shows.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Being knowledgeable about lighting equipment and possessing good technique in using and operating them to create various lighting effects.
- Working with Producer/Vice-Producer to design and create appropriate lighting effects for each particular show and scene.
- Making design plans; responsible for creating and executing the lighting effects for the stage, studio, for the set of each show.
- Directing the staffs in the lighting team at the stage, studio as planned. Providing information about the position and color of all used lights for the members of the team.
- Proposing equipment and accessories needed for the company’s upcoming projects and shows.
- Coordinating and managing the team members in using the equipment and accessories, as well as employing modern skills and techniques to carry out the designs and cooperate with others related departments in order to create the best shooting scene.
- Supervising and instructing the staffs who are responsible for lighting to make sure the equipment being well-operating and in good quality.
- Carrying out other works requested by the Board of Directors.
- Evaluating and reporting results of the works performed in the shows to the Board of Directors.
- Advising, and proposing new visual alternatives and lighting effects for the shows to achieve the best possible results.
