Job Description

My name is Andrew Herwitz, I'm a writer / director based in LA, and I'm seeking a producer to attach to my feature film in development, "Are You Ready for the Country", which I'm submitting to the Venice Biennale for financing. "Are You Ready for the Country" is the story of Robert and Maeve, a young married couple, as they drift through the deserts of California on the eve of their third anniversary. When Maeve disappears one night at the tail end of a drug trip, Robert searches for her and loses himself down a rabbit hole of love, dread, and desire which changes them forever.
