Job Description

Boutique VFX studio looking for full-time Jr. Producer.

Jr. Producer's main responsibilities include managing pipeline and deliverables and communicating with clients to make sure our team of artists is serving their needs.

We're looking for a Jr. Producer who has experience working in post and specifically the VFX world, and has some familiarity with compositing and 3D. The position focuses on operations and extends to hiring freelancers, projecting project costs and submitting actuals, technical troubleshooting, and an aspect of office support as well. This is a small office and we all help each other out, but the Jr. Producer acts as they key connection between artists, admin and clients. Jr. Producer's goal is to manage shots that have specific VFX needs and ensure timelines are met. To this end, the Coordinator will send shots out for review, gather notes, communicate changes and ensure that we respond to the changing needs of our client.

Strong communication and a solid understanding of post production and visual effects are necessary for the job. Familiarity with Shotgun is preferred. Familiarity with VFX onlining (Smoke, Resolve) is a strong plus, but not required.
