Job Description

Position Summary:
The Production Accountant will process bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable. This is a part-time position and may cover 1-2 productions. Actual days per week will vary based on volume, but will begin with two days per week.

Responsibilities:

General bookkeeping for accounts payable as coded by line producers and executives.
Process A/P, payroll and checks per the approved budget.
Ensure proper approval is given for all A/P, payroll, petty cash, etc.
Submit bi-weekly payroll to payroll company and approve edits
Provide ledger details to line producers as necessary
Adher to financial policies, procedures and budgets
Monthly processing of pcards
