Job Description

Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Film and TV accounting
• Fluent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel.)

Administrative and Accounting Support
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties including organizing, tracking, coding and processing of all invoices and cheques
• Assist payroll with the processing of timesheets, ROE’s and employee benefits
• Assist with tracking, matching and processing purchase orders, cheque requisitions and expense reports
• Preparation of cheques, wires, ACH and on-line payments
• Ensure process of approvals are adhered to
• Posting journal entries within the accounting software (SAGE)
• Mailing and distribution of all pertinent documentation.
• Maintain filing system for finance department and ensure that files are available or archived as necessary.
• Assistance with the preparation of cost reports and other reporting as required.
