Job Description

Seeking an experienced single camera Union Production Office Coordinator for a new season of an established series.

Duties Include:

-Working knowledge of coordinating production finances; including but not limited to reconciling pcards & petty cash, invoices, POs.
-Keep meticulous records including network reporting
-Maintaining/filing for wrap binders
-Maintaining Google Calendar and Dropbox
-Help onboard new freelancers
-Must be a great communicator
-Open minded and out of box thinker for problem solving while remaining calm under pressure
-Sense of humor and easy going nature
