Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
See each day's production through from idea to execution
Produce daily content in a high-pressure production environment
Write scripts and create rundowns for daily broadcast show and related digital content
Develop new segments and formats for use in the show
Plan and produce field segments including red carpets, film premiers, and award shows
Attend creative meetings with Executive Producers and Production Executives and implement changes based on those meetings
Oversee creative post-production to ensure quality
Work with show talent to ensure quality of performances
Communicate creative needs to other production teams
Specialized Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong creative instincts and direction, as well as a commitment to quality programming
Exceptional writing skills
Must have interest in entertainment and pop culture
Deep understanding of television production and post-production workflows
Education & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience producing content for television or digital, with a focus on pop culture and entertainment; Prior experience using newsroom or rundown software
