Job Description

Eastern is looking for an ambitious, fun, creative person to join our development department. This is an entry-level Development Assistant role that involves developing TV show ideas, doing research for potential projects, maintaining the development calendar, and helping with our casting department. Our ideal candidate would also be able to edit using final cut or avid, but we are open to teaching someone if they are the right fit! Our team is very collaborative and we are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, is a motivated self-starter, likes working in a creative group setting, and is very organized.
