Job Description

Long running HGTV show is looking for a Post Production Assistant. They should be driven, diligent and have prior experience working with various roles in post. A knowledge of Post Workflow and an In-Depth Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus. List of responsibilities below:

-Managing In House Tape Inventory
-Handling and managing Tape requests from offsite facility
-Assisting the Online Editor in Tape retrievals
-Quality Checking Network Cuts of Episodes for Co-Ep
-Assembling Network Deliverables
-Copying and filing of all show paper work and media
-Updating of Contact lists
-Handling facility purchase orders, requests and runs
-Processes receipts for Post Supervisor/Coordinator
-Maintaining Outlook Calendar
