POSITION
Senior-Level Producer with the following traits:

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manage the production of thousands of high-value significant, personal event and personal documentary films (legacy films, heritage films, weddings, anniversaries, bar mitzvah, to name a few).
· Create the operating procedures and develop the management systems required to manage over 1,000 individual “event” videos each year.
· Develop and train a distributed team of professional videographers and editors
· Oversee and facilitate daily and weekly progress meeting
· Maintain consistent and effective communication with various internal management team such as project management
· Consistently track project; handle final product delivery (includes beta and final releases, formats and versions, ensuring that projects match client expectations, on schedule, high quality, and on budget.
· Manage the regular contact with multiple clients (includes project status updates, timelines, progress files, and problem solving) that consistently provide the best in customer service.

· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 6-8 years of experience in production management role.
· Proven track record of excellence in overseeing multiple projects while collaborating effective across multiple teams (including projection management)
· Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video and editing processes
· Must be a strong leader and teammate. Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects.
· Must have excellent presentation skills and communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing).
· Proven ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction.
