Successful production company, with high profile actor/writer/producer, is seeking a hard-working and highly organized executive assistant/receptionist. The job entails typical receptionist duties (scheduling meetings, handling vendors, errands, coordinating travel) as well as fielding calls and interacting with the company’s business partners, general office support and occasional project management/supervision and working with the finance department to track day to day company expenses. Must be motivated, responsible, resourceful, and an exceptional multi-tasker. The ideal candidate considers no task to small or too big, anticipates needs and prevents problems. Positive disposition is a must. Previous assistant, production or office experience preferred but not required. Looking to start immediately.
