MMG is looking for someone with 1-2 years of Video Production knowledge and experience, who also has an understanding of studio equipment and its function,
to fill a full-time Scheduler & Creative Advisor position with our client in Dallas, TX. This is NOT a production position, but knowledge of production is essential.
This person would be customer facing and needs to have a great telephone personality and customer service experience. Must also have strong team communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and categorize client email requests (media production).
• Communicate with client regarding logistics involved in client request.
• Master the bookings and schedules on the Project Calendar.
• Must be able to handle customer requests, communication, and routing of said requests and projects.
• Daily interface with clients, internal managers and client support teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and client demands under tight deadlines.
• Keep detailed documentation of requests and projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint a plus.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior production scheduling experience a plus.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task, be self-motivated and resourceful.
