MMG is looking for an entry to mid-level, technically skilled professional to provide support on all aspects of video production and post production as a Production Assistant/Utility for our corporate client in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
• Liaison with colleagues and clients to assess needs to meet production requirements.
• Sometimes serve as camera operator, teleprompter operator, floor director and gaffer as needed.
• Provide production support and updates where needed.
• Wrap up and normalize studio after production.
• Help inforce Quality Control – Standard Operating Procedures
• Convert video files, cataloging and maintaining library materials.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Resourceful, self-motivated, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
• Have astute communication skills when dealing with internal staff and management.
• Ability to establish, keep and maintain accurate and precise records.
• Well versed in the production of live and taped programs, in studio and on location.
• Savvy with computer applications, data entry, creating spreadsheets and word processing.
