Job Description

PRODUCTION & POST COORDINATOR

The Coordinator helps the Producers and Head of Production to facilitate video production. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, schedules, payroll, managing casting and vendor communications, providing solutions to technical problems, and coordinating asset delivery both physical and digital.

Responsibilities:
booking, researching, and coordinating logistics for a wide variety of studio and location shoots
manage logistics for multiple producers across several departments
manage paperwork and archiving
Manage Post-production schedules and coordinate ingest and delivery of assets
Work with editors to ensure process is followed
