Job Description

A high-end boutique production company specializing in commercial content, music videos, and experiential events. We are looking for driven and meticulous individuals interested in hands-on experience and the process of production on a diverse range of projects.

General responsibilities will vary from day to day but will include:
Visual research and layout for creative director's treatments and internal decks
Maintaining company databases for crew and vendors
Assistance in pre-production & research for bidding jobs
Upkeep of multiple social media platforms
Answering phones + greeting clients in the office
Overall office maintenance

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Fluency with mac computers and software suite, especially keynote, pages, and numbers
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks
Positive attitude
Strong written / verbal communication
