Seeking an experienced Union Single-Camera Production Office Coordinator for new season of an established series.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Managing facility including securing vendors needed to maintain office services and supplies.
Manage and oversee Production Office & Staff.
Keep meticulous records including network reporting.
Working knowledge of coordinating production office finances including reconciling p-cards, petty cash, invoices and POs.
Maintaining/filing wrap binders.
Maintaining google calendar, various production calendars and Dropbox. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Office & Excel specifically) a must.
Must be a great communicator.
Sense of humor and easy going nature.
