Job Description

Seeking experienced reality TV post production director to help with the following tasks:

-rip/replace music package
-re-cut first few episodes
-cut the rest of the episodes
-inject humor and create drama
-consult on equipment purchases and building of new post-production studio at our new office in Vegas
-help evaluate, hire, and oversee a full time in-house editor
-collaborate with me to figure out best way to package content for distribution
-create sizzle reels
-collaborate on writing additional commentary and hosted segments

Note: the entire 1st season has already been filmed. i am seeking a post production director to manage the project, help me hire staff, and oversee the entire post production process but in a very hands-on active way.
