Job Description

Digital network focusing on mobile media in Silicon Beach seeks post production coordinator, ideally with digital short form experience.

Job Duties include:

• Tagging, syncing, and stringing out projects for editors
• Creating and managing project folders on server/MAM
• Tracking elements coming from productions using spreadsheets
• Managing list of all assets received for multiple projects
• Create finishing reports/checklists
• Assist with managing the finishing of projects
• Keeping music cue spreadsheet current
• Track progress of editors working on each project
• Downloading assets posted for editorial use
• Assist Editors with locating needed elements
• Working with GFX team to move graphics over to editors
• Working with Operations to archive / unarchive projects

Proficiency in Adobe CC is mandatory. Experience with MAM systems and cloud storage a plus.
