Job Description

The Alliance for Excellent Education is looking to hire a a 1-2 camera film crew to film at the JW Marriott New Orleans (614 Canal Street), in New Orleans Louisiana from July 19-21.

Filming:
All filming will be done in one room.
Sessions begin on July 19 at 2:00 pm and go till 5:15 pm.
July 20th Will start at 9:00 am and go till 5:00 pm.
July 21st will start at 9:00 am and go till 12:00 pm.

All filming needs to be done at 1080p mp4 is OK.

We will need you to set up sound and light as well.

In addition to equipment, the film crew will need to sign an indemnification form and a COI with a general liability of at least $1 Million.

Delivery:
The footage needs to be delivered on an external USB or thunderbolt hard-drive.
